Sr Product Manager

Avigna is hiring Senior Product Manager – Stockholm

Our IT Delivery Center aims to build strong and sustainable solutions for customers across Europe. We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join a strategic program within a leading financial institution in Stockholm. This role focuses on scaling credit risk models and frameworks for capital calculation, offering deep exposure to regulatory analytics and enterprise-level solution design.

Work: Hybrid

Period: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product lifecycle: discovery → delivery → iteration.
• Translate customer/business needs into product requirements & priorities.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, analytics, and stakeholders.
• Define & optimize KPIs (deflection rate, CSAT, chat adoption).
• Use experimentation & insights to guide product improvements.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven Product Manager experience in digital, retail, AI, or customer support .
• Customer-focused, data-informed, impact-driven mindset.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, agile processes, and continuous improvement.
