About the role

Project development is a core pillar in our business and hence we need Project Managers that are the best of the best, would like to develop to next level and contribute to the development of others. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the development of projects from start to finish. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple technologies or you could focus on one single depending on your interests, previous experience and ambitions to further develop your own skills.

We think that you have a cross-functional expertise that can be used in all types of projects (e.g. land negotiations, environmental studies, permitting, technical design, construction) which allows the role to be developed into an expertise role in the team.

You will manage projects in different phases of their development cycle, the role will provide the opportunity to be engaged in strategic conversations throughout the portfolio of projects.

Some of your responsibilities:

• Have the project lead for multiple projects throughout the consultation and permitting phase including the responsibility for:

Ø Project budget, time schedule, organisation.

Ø Public hearings, environmental studies, grid connection, technical design, landowner and local stakeholder interactions, supplier relations, contract management etc.

Ø Procurement of inventories and environmental impact assessment studies.

• Be part of identifying and securing new projects to ensure portfolio growth.
• Support due diligence and acquisition of new projects, including involvement in technical discussions with partners/investors from a project development perspective.
• Be part of building a great company and maintaining a winning culture.

You will work from our office in Malmö.

About you

We are looking for great people that want to be part of our growth journey with previous experience from development of renewable energy projects or project development in general. It means people with different levels of experience, and the role can be defined and adjusted if you are the right applicant.

Ideally you have:

·      Demonstrable experience of project management and/or project development.

·      Experience from project development within renewables and/or industrial assets (solar, wind, storage, hydrogen, efuels, industrial or other technology) or similar.

·      Experience from GIS and data gathering/maps.

·      The ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

·      Experience in relevant project development software (such as Windpro, SolarGIS, PVDesign etc.) is meritorious.

·      Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant subject.

·      Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish, English and preferably one other Nordic language.
