Global Support & Operations Organization has the mission to build a global support & operations center of excellence where all processes, tools & best practices are applied to all regions across the globe in order to achieve the highest levels of employee, fan & client satisfaction.

As Director of Operations you will be the strategic driver behind operational excellence across Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing the regional strategy in alignment with Ticketmaster’s global vision. A key part of your role is strengthening client relationships and your mission is to turn strategy into action—building structures, processes, and partnerships that elevate performance and client satisfaction. You’ll lead initiatives that create cross-market synergies, optimize resources, and deliver measurable results, all while ensuring local market needs are met and day-to-day operations run flawlessly.

With your proven experience of leading operational and client service team from a Swedish and/or Nordic context, and your strong ability to translate and communicate strategy into action, you and your team will create a flawless delivery for our clients and fans every day.
