Responsibilities

• Support Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat by responding to inquiries related to products and services
• Provide detailed product information and assist customers in navigating their concerns effectively
• Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system to facilitate follow-ups and service improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience and ensure smooth service delivery
• Stay updated on promotions, product launches, and company policies to provide informed support

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Aptitude for problem-solving and ability to address customer issues with empathy
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse in a new cultural experience
