We’re hiring a Chief Product & Technology Officer to own the combined product, engineering, and technical architecture strategy. This role is responsible for both what we build and how we build it, ensuring high-velocity product development, a strong operating model, and a long-term platform foundation.This is a key role on the management team with full ownership of product, technology, and the teams that power them.

What You’ll Own

Product, Roadmap & Outcome Ownership

• Define and drive a unified multi-product roadmap across all business areas.
• Strengthen long-term product consistency by building a clear, durable operating model for discovery, prioritization, and execution.
• Ensure product managers and teams own outcomes - not just delivery - through clear accountability frameworks.
• Evolve existing core products while simultaneously bringing new products from concept revenue.

Technology & Architecture

• Take full ownership of Wehype’s tech stack, systems, APIs, and internal tooling, supported by our principal engineer and co-founder
• Build a long-term architectural vision enabling automation, data leverage, interoperability, and platformization.
• Ensure all systems are interconnected, reusable, and aligned with business-line needs.
• Oversee security, reliability, performance, and integration strategy.

Engineering Leadership & Velocity

• Lead and scale engineering, product, and data/science teams.
• Implement an operating model that ensures high velocity, clarity, and accountability.
• Drive engineering best practices, technical quality, and repeatable workflows.
• Build internal capabilities that reduce operational load and increase gross margin.

Cross-Functional & GTM Alignment

• Partner closely with Commercial and Marketing teams on go-to-market strategy.
• Ensure product and engineering are tightly aligned with revenue, client needs, and market opportunities.
• Play a central role in company strategy, org design, and cross-functional prioritization.
• Help elevate Wehype from a high-performing service business to a product- and platform-led company.

Who You Are

• 10+ years leading both product and engineering in a high-scale platform, ecosystem, or marketplace environment.
• Proven ownership of architecture, infrastructure and technical strategy.
• Deep experience building multi-product platforms and supporting multiple business lines.
• Track record of implementing product development operating models that increase speed and clarity.
• Combines strong product intuition with architectural depth and commercial understanding.
• Comfortable operating between long-term platform vision and hands-on execution when needed.
• Experience in gaming, martech, creator tech, or content ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Obsessed with leverage, simplicity, and systems thinking.
