Swed Fintech (Stockholm) is offering a high-performance Praktik where you will build real systems used daily across a global hedge fund, media, and financial education group.

Our operations span New York, London, Zurich, and Stockholm, and we rely heavily on internal automations, AI tools, CRM integrations, and data pipelines.

This Praktik is unpaid, similar to practical training programs across Sweden and Europe, with significant professional development.

About the Role

You will help architect, automate, and integrate workflows across:

• Zapier, Make.com and custom automation pipelines
• Salesforce (data syncing, custom objects, field mapping, API flows)
• Google Sheets automation, dashboards, field protection, permissions
• Email automation via Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or native API
• Integrating dialer data + AI insights into Sheets / CRM
• Building internal tools for team members to save, update, or retrieve data cleanly
• CMS work (Wix or similar) using Sheets / APIs to sync content
• Organizational efficiency systems: smart reminders, data pipelines, triggers, tagging
• Optional: AI automations using GPT, Claude, or other models
• Optional : Python programming for trading systems

You will work closely with senior management and see how your automation system becomes the backbone of ongoing investor outreach, content pipelines, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automations using Zapier or Make
• Integrate Salesforce with Google Sheets using secure, controlled field mapping
• Set up Sheets → CRM → email platform automations
• Create dashboards and automations for the team (filters, protected ranges, access tiers)
• Develop workflows for Mailchimp/Klaviyo campaigns triggered by Sheets or CRM entries
• Streamline data storage and retrieval processes in Salesforce
• Help build automation systems for investor outreach and intern management
• Optional: contribute to AI-powered analysis dashboards or workflow scripts
• Optional: update CMS (Wix or other) with automated content flows

We Are Looking For Candidates Who

• Are studying computer science, IT, engineering, automation, or similar
• Enjoy building systems more than “just coding” — you love operational tech
• Have experience (or strong willingness to learn) automation tools like Zapier or Make
• Are comfortable with Google Sheets formulas, structures, and permissions
• Have interest in CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Can think in systems, blocks, and flows — not random tasks
• Want to see their work used across multiple business divisions
• Are detail-oriented, structured, and self-directed
• Bonus: familiarity with APIs, Webhooks, Wix, CMS, or AI tools
